I started my real estate career on the nuts-and-bolts side—loan origination, title work, and eventually REO/asset disposition—before moving into full-time residential sales across the Denver Metro. That mix of experience taught me how every piece of a transaction fits together and, more importantly, how to guide clients through any market with clarity and confidence. Building on that foundation, I launched the Waypoint Team at REAL Broker with a simple mission: bring together a group of successful, multi-faceted agents who combine sharp negotiation and marketing with valuation savvy, process discipline, and genuine client care. We’re mentors and problem-solvers, equally comfortable analyzing an asset, crafting a winning strategy, and getting deals to the finish line—so our buyers, sellers, and investors can move forward without the stress.
